Like many businesses, C Distinctive Eyewear has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and working hard to safely treat patients, even as the world changes rapidly around us. Our team has worked incredibly hard to create a plan to keep everyone in our store safe and healthy, and we’re happy to be seeing patients again for all types of appointments!

Appointments are available for the following services:

  • Routine eye exams
  • Dropping off an existing pair of glasses to have new lenses put in

What We’re Doing to Keep You Safe:

We want to keep an open channel of communication with our patients, and during these times, we know how important it is for you to feel confident that the places you visit can provide a safe and clean environment.

We’ll be taking the following safety precautions at our office:

  • Masks are optional for patients and staff. If you’d prefer to have our team wear a mask when working with you, we’d be happy to do so. Just let us know!
  • Exam rooms will be cleaned and sanitized before and after every appointment.

How We’re Keeping You Safe at C Distinctive

We want to keep an open channel of communication with our patients, and during these times, we know how important it is for you to feel confident that the places you visit can provide a safe and clean environment.

We’ll be taking the following safety precautions at our office:

  • We’re limiting guests to a number that allows us the capacity to serve everyone safely while keeping comfortable social distancing in mind.
  • We are asking that everyone please limit the number of shopping helpers to one other person so that we can safely and efficiently dedicate our time and attention to each of our clients’ needs.
  • Patients and staff will be required to wear PPE, such as masks and gloves.
  • Temperatures of staff will be taken. Patients will also be asked to take a brief health survey.

Exam rooms will be cleaned and sanitized before and after every appointment.

What to Expect at Your Next Visit

As we start seeing patients again and getting back to a somewhat normal routine, our one-of-a-kind eye care experience can still be expected! When you enter our store on your next visit, here’s what you can expect to find:

Appointments are available Monday through Saturday. We’re still maintaining social distancing measures so the number of clients in the store at any one time will be kept to a minimum.

Our new policies are here to keep you safe, but also to make you feel comfortable. We’re working hard to provide the same, personal eye care we always have without significant interruption. We can’t accept any patient with a fever or with other COVID-19 symptoms, but we’re happy to reschedule for a time when you’re feeling better.

While our website is updated on a frequent basis, mask requirements are based on the most current guidance from CDC and the NC State Board of Optometry and their guidance often changes with little notice, so our mask policy may be different than posted. Feel free to give us a call for our most recent updates on regulations pertaining to masking.
